Steve and Ellen Karnisky of Greece remember their son Richard, whom they lost in a car crash six years ago, with pride to this day.
The couple donated their son's organs to other people in need of a second lease in life.
"He was a good athlete. He played his sports the way I admire most. He was a generous player," said his father, Steve Karnisky.
"Rich suffered head injuries I think from the amplifier in the speaker in the back of the car, hitting him in the back of the head, so when we reached the hospital he was unconscious," he adds.
