Seventeen-year-old Chloe Heckman of Mt. Morency Dr. has been selected to serve as an ambassador for Rochester's annual Lilac Festival by being chosen to be on the "queens court." Chloe was chosen along with 24 other young women to compete in the Lilac Queen finals at The German House. Judging was based on academic achievement, volunteer involvement and an essay the girls wrote on "The Pressures and Challenges Faced by Young Adults." Chloe is a high-honor-roll student at Northstar Christian Academy.
