The Greece Planning Board last week approved a new one-story, 105,000 sq. ft. brick store. The existing grocery store and now-closed Chase-Pitkin will be demolished as part of the construction. Work on the 13.3-acre site will be done in stages so that the market won't be closed for more than several months.
